Learning to hoop for the first time puts a smile on everyone’s face and can really break the ice and build camaraderie in no time at all.
I can bring hoops to an indoor corporate event, too, if you have booked a venue with a lot of space, such as a convention center or a hotel with a big atrium. The NC Association of Educators of Young Children hired me to offer hula hooping at their last annual meeting, and we filled the second-floor balcony of the Raleigh Convention Center with people hooping during breaks between presentations.

You can obtain the supplies yourself, or you can hire me to bring enough hoop-making supplies to provide everyone with their own hula hoop, sized correctly for their body, to take home! In addition to bringing a big pile of ready-made hoops to “try on” so that people can determine the right size hoop to make, I bring a selection of hoop tubing in various weights (generally, heavier for men, medium and light weights for women), connectors, cutters, and decorative tape to customize hoops.
